With over 30 years in the real estate field, 28 of which has been exclusively devoted to real estate appraisals and valuations, Mr. Sapperstein commands the respect of the largest banks, thrifts, insurance companies, corporations and law firms in the Washington-Baltimore area. For over 25 years, Mr. Sapperstein has been successful in guiding the firm in a controlled growth which has balanced professionalism and regulatory requirements with the requirements of an ever growing list of regional and national clients. Mr. Sapperstein, a native Washingtonian and graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business holds the Appraisal Institute's MAI and SRPA designations. He has served as a Director of the Appraisal Institute's chapter. Mr. Sapperstein is a Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Maryland, Commonwealth of Virginia, and Washington, D.C. and holds a broker's license in the State of Maryland as well as in the District of Columbia. He is also qualified as an expert tax court witness.
