About Gary Lee Sapperstein, MAI, SRPA

    After earning his MAI in 1982, Gary
    Sapperstein established the firm,
    Sapperstein & Associates.  The year before
    Mr. Sapperstein had earned the SRPA
    designation.  

        With over 30 years in the real estate
    field, Mr. Sapperstein is a reputable member
    of the business community in the
    Washington DC-Baltimore market.

   Mr. Sapperstein is a native Washingtonian and a graduate of the University
of Maryland, School of Business.  He has served as a Director of the Appraisal
Institute’s Washington Metro chapter.  

Mr. Sapperstein is a Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in  the:    
  •               State of Maryland
  •               Commonwealth of Virginia
  •               Washington, D.C.
In addition, he holds a broker license in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Gary Sapperstein is also qualified as an expert tax court witness.
